"Bountyland Cottage" is a centrally located family friendly private home close to all the local attractions & walking distance to great restaurants.

You will be only 10 miles from Clemson University.

Hit the water and enjoy a day of boating and fishing, or hike the trails to see waterfalls and wildlife. Visit the parks for picnicking, outdoor sports, and more. There is plenty of room in the private driveway for your boat or you can find a local rental. 

Enjoy all of the amenities of home with one King BR, a second Queen BR and a full size pull out sofa. When you’re not out enjoying all the area has to offer you can relax and in the yard or take advantage of the smart TV’s in the LR and both bedrooms.

We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with flavored creamers, sweeteners, hot chocolate, and a selection of teas. Sip your morning coffee or tea on the front porch or back deck.

After a day of exploring, unwind at the bar table, and play a game of shuffleboard in the mini-game room.

Enjoy the fully fenced and secluded backyard equipped with a BBQ and fire-pit. Throw some food on the Grill and eat outside at the picnic table after a game of Ping Pong or Cornhole. Cozy up around the fire-pit and roast marshmallows. We hope you enjoy the starter s’mores and snack kit you’ll find upon arrival. Just a small way for us to say thank you for staying.

Enjoy all the beauty of the area along with all the amenities of home. 

A Washer and Dryer are available for your convenience and Luggage Racks are located inside the BR closets.

The cottage is equipped with an EV charging station. 

We have a 31ft travel trailer camper available to rent. Let us know if you are interested and we can deliver it to the house.

About the Owner

Our family moved from NY to SC last year and fell in love with the area for so many reasons. One of our favorite local things to do is spend the day out on Lake Keowee and nothing can beat the spirit you will experience for the Clemson Tigers.
